Rossana is a beacon of hope, committed to empowering survivors to embrace life anew after experiencing partner abuse. Through her impactful platform, "Reframing Life: T.H.R.I.V.E. “ing” after partner abuse through the gospel," she shares inspirational stories, practical insights, and the transformative power of faith to help survivors navigate their healing journey.
Aside from being a public speaker, businesswoman and a Christ-led advocate for women, Rossana Novaes also boasts a talent for poetry. Rossana partnered with Jorim Motley (aka Sovrce)- recording artist, engineer, producer, and songwriter- to create Mindshift Thrive Music. ​

Their process is a streamlined and efficient one; Rossana writes poems which Jorim then formats into fully composed and produced songs, ready for distribution. They completed the songwriting and composition of their first album in a single week.
Both Rossana and Jorim understand the healing power of music and The Gospel, as they have both been victims of partner-based abuse and have found refuge in music and in the Lord. With their growth in their shared experiences and help from Jesus Christ, Rossana and Jorim are paving a new path for survivor-focused, Christ-centered music for all.
